The Skylark Hotel accepts payments through cash and fund transfer. Guests are requested to follow the following information to make payments for reservations to avoid disappointments if advance is not received well in ahead of booking.

Visit our Hotel. Fill up our reservation form. Ensure you have given us your name, telephone numbers, current email id and a valid credit card details. Once we receive your request you will hear from us with 24 hours, to a maximum of 48 hours. Once you have deposited the payment into our Bank Account then you will need to fax us the deposit slip. Please note, your voucher will only be released/sent to you once your payment has been credited to our Bank Account.
Reservation Policy » While the booking is confirmed (by email), the payment will be processed. A hotel voucher will be sent directly to the hotel where you have made your reservation. You will also be able to print your reservation confirmation voucher as you may be asked to produce it at the front desk at the time of checking in. Generally you are requested to present your identification to the hotel reception at the time of checking in.
Cancellation Policy » If a booking is cancelled before 45 days of arrival, there will be a 10% cancellation charge. If a booking is cancelled before 16 days and within 44 days of arrival, there will be 1 night retention charges. If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges. Refunds would be issued to a client vide bank transfer. Incase of credit card payments, the refund amount would reflect as a credit on one´s credit card.
